What we do with your data
For an order we ask for two things: your name and your phone number.
What they are for
They are used for the confirmation call and the delivery. They are stored encrypted and shared only with the distributor who ships the product.
What we do not do
We neither sell data nor send advertising.
Measuring the site
We use Microsoft Clarity to learn which pages are visited, where people click and how far they read down each page. That tells us what to improve.
Clarity may set cookies of its own for this measurement. Clarity does not receive what is typed into the form, because the name and phone fields are masked.
Deleting your data
Write to hola@claravo.shop with the phone number of the order. We delete your data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
