How delivery and payment work

The price on each product page is the total: delivery is included and nothing is added when the parcel arrives.

Delivery time

Your country's delivery time is shown in its catalogue and counts from our confirmation call. A courier brings the parcel to your home; we tell you the day during the call.

Payment

You pay in cash, in your country's currency, to the person who brings the parcel. We ask for no card and no transfer beforehand.

If you are not at home

Tell us during the call which days suit you, or give us the number of someone who can receive the parcel for you.

Questions and answers

Is there a delivery charge?

No. Delivery is already in the price of each product.

Can I pay by card?

No. The only way to pay is cash, when the parcel arrives.
