An order, step by step
Each product page has a form with two fields: your name and your phone number. There is no account to create and nothing to pay on the page.
The steps
Enter your name and phone number on the product page and press the blue button.
We call you from a local number, usually the same day, and go over the product, the total and the delivery address with you.
The parcel leaves only after that call. If we cannot reach you, nothing is sent.
You pay in cash to the person who brings the parcel.
If you made a typing mistake
Tell us during the call: we correct the address, the product or the quantity before shipping. If you would rather cancel, that is done during the call too.
Large print all the way
The buttons and form fields are wide and the print is large. If something is hard to read on your screen, you can zoom in with two fingers without losing anything.
Questions and answers
Do I pay anything when I order?
No. Nothing is paid on the page; you pay only when the parcel arrives.
Can I give a relative's phone number?
Yes. Choose the right country code in the form and we will call that number.
